Please review, and if you want to proceed with us, then fill-out, sign, initial, date and scan and email to broker@loansrealtyelite.com or fax to (888) 788-9342 the above documents with a copy of your license certificate (letter size) from Elicensing. You can also download your license certificate in pdf version from Elicensing and email to Emil at broker@loansrealtyelite.com. Just fyi, if you start typing in your info on the first page of the Application page, then it will auto-populate the rest of the forms, except the W-9 form. You can also request to Docusign the 4 forms above by clicking here.
For brokers, please change your main office address to 6051 Mack Road, Suite G Sacramento, CA 95823, to let DRE know you are affiliated with us for the sales side. You will also need to fill out the DRE Form RE 215 (Broker-Associate Affiliation Notification) below.
For both brokers and agents, please see below on how to transfer your DRE license to be under Loans Realty Elite Corporation through Elicensing.
For the loan officers with NMLS license, please send the sponsorship request to Emil through NMLS website. Our company NMLS license number is 2280777.

Elicensing Transfer Instructions
To transfer your DRE license under Loans Realty Elite, please go to Elicensing by clicking on the link below:
https://secure.dre.ca.gov/elicensing/userlogon.asp
If this is your first time logging into Elicensing, then you must create a username and password. Once logged in, click on “add a broker”, and enter the company’s DRE license #02160287. Confirm the company info as Loans Realty EliteCorporation. It will then ask you if the broker is available, click “NO”, then enter the email address below:
Once done, please email Emil at the above email address to let him know that you have completed the Elicensing transfer. Emil will then go to Elicensing and confirm the addition of your license. Your name will then show up on DRE website under Loans Realty Elite. Our office assistant, Diane Reid at diane@loansrealtyelite.com, will send you the welcome emails to set you up with business cards, email signature, kvCORE and add you to our email circulation for any company announcements. RE 215 – Broker-Association Affiliation Notification Form
If you are a broker, then you will need to fill out the form link below first, date and wet sign. After you are done, please mail the original form to Loans Realty Elite at this mailing address: Loans Realty Elite, 1121 Ventura Drive Pittsburg, CA 94565, then Emil will date and wet sign and will mail the completed form to DRE. Emil will also scan and email to you a copy for your records.
