The Net Branch Manager must first join Loans Realty Elite before bringing in any new team members. To join us, please click here and complete the application and transfer your license through Elicensing.
Once you are onboard with us, then please click here to fill out your new team member’s contact info. Our Product Sales Associate, Diane Reid, will then send the Net Branch Agreement to you first for you to fill out your compensation and esign and initial. Once completed, then it will go to your new team member for them to esign and initial. Lastly, it will go to Emil Dollesin for him to give final approval and esign and initial. From there, Emil will send a copy of the executed Net Branch Agreement to both of you for your records. Emil will use this Net Branch Agreement to pay the new team member their split and yours.
